1. Strawberries

How to Use It

Mash Up Ripe Strawberries and use soft bristle toothbrush to apply on your teeth. Keep it in your mouth for 3-5 minutes then rinse. Use floss to get small pieces in between your teeth. 

BONUS TIP: For Extra Strengths add small amount of baking soda to strawberries mix and use the same method to apply and remove it.

3. Orange and Lemon Peels

Repeat twice a day for a week to see results. 

BONUS TIP: Add baking soda to strawberry whitening receipt for additional strength. Also can be used to add with lemon or orange juice to brush it in. REMEMBER to rinse with warm water after.
